On the Bridge

A bridge covers the distance between the known and the unknown. Neither one place nor another, a bridge is a process more than a location, a verb more than a noun.

  1. It occurs to me that the order of known and unknown might be exchanged. Often it is the unknown that we are experiencing, and we seek bridges to cross to what we perceive as the known – a decision made, a new direction. Thoughtful theme as COMPASS provides us day in and day out.
