“There is not one blade of grass, there is no color in this world that is not intended to make us rejoice.” ―John Calvin

I am very drawn to aqua/turquoise.
GREEN!! In all of it’s myriad of shades.
Electric Blue. I am a child of the Blues. It’s the music I first learned to play and it’s what hear inside when I am sitting quiet and still. It’s the style I naturally gravitate toward when I pick up an instrument. It might sound depressing to some people but for Blues lovers like me, it’s a cathartic experience that allows for the release of negative emotions and a celebration of a common bond. The Blues is truly The People’s music and Electric Blue is the color that sets my soul to rockin’!
The lilac purple of my lilac bushes! After a long, grey winter in northern Michigan, my eyes get hungry for color. Those lilacs are a balm for the spirit!
in my youth it was red. Now it’s green for solace, royal blue for depth.
