Oh, this is a funny response for me, I think; killing ants by any means available. It is the time of year in our area for us to compare our ant episodes. The ants often invade at kitchen sinks and troop across from one spot to another. I’ve heard of the herb tansy, the use of cucumber peels to stop the parade. No good results. I’ve sometimes stuffed foil at their apparent home base. I’ve wiped down with soap and water; I’ve smashed some when they wandered along (sorry, I say) but the little things compared to big me usually win. My latest and most successful attempt is spraying good old fashioned vinegar on the routes and of course, doing so, I stun some. (Sorry again, but…) Eventually they seem to disappear from my location but where do they go, anyway??
