This seagull is quite literally reflecting—casting a reflection—at the edge of the water. But perhaps, like many people, the seagull also enjoys a time of reflection along the shoreline.
Where do you like to go to reflect?

I prefer my room, but really, any place where I can journal is okay.
There seem to be two significant places where I can say I sit and reflect…no, three (just remembered). The first: driving, coming home, listening to an inspiring piece of classical music, I sit in the car outside the garage, listen and allow myself to reflect on whatever comes to mind. Next: I sit in a comfortable chair, read the newspaper, and then reflect on what I have read and sort out what I found to be the most revealing that day. And the last: looking at a tree or a river or a stone or a bird or a bee outside, I can find myself standing, thinking not of the specific object, but of the whole wonderful universe.
