Where in your life do you see the green stems of possibility?
Many times after I participate in a Tai Chi class, (three times a week usually) not only is my body refreshed but my mind is relaxed. Our mind/body connection is so strong that to ignore it may cause unfortunate things to happen to us, in my opinion. The “green shoots of possibility” grow because our whole being is attuned to listen.
