In the busyness of daily life, what helps you to go deep?
The early morning, upon awaking, gives me the time to think freely abut what matters to me even though there are sometimes interruptions from the perceived busyness of the day to come. If I follow my inclination toward what really matters, I follow that although it is not an easy task. Sorting out the important from the only desirable tends to confuse and obfuscate life’s flow. What goes along in the river is sometimes a shadow but occasionally the shining glimmer on the surface appears and makes one follow the brightness with eagerness.
