As the sun rises over the horizon, a new day arrives, perfect and shining. It won’t be perfect for long, but it won’t lose that possibility that something new and precious will arrive.

“Enter rejoice and come in”! A phrase from one of the hymns in the UU Hymnal is a good way to start the day…and it opens up possibilities for the rest of the day, I think. May I realize to what extent I can help others enjoy the day, help them be safe, let them recognize the value of friendships and understand that they have such potential for success that in all of these aspects their lives will give them what they hope for.
