Although I enjoy being in the company of others on trips and visits to events or places, I am not hesitant to go by myself if I have an interest in whatever it is. In fact, there are times when I’d rather go by myself , for instance, to an art museum, where I want to contemplate and sent my own pace for viewing. There have been times when I found myself in unfamiliar surroundings and even without an understanding of how to get there, what environment I may find, and how to get back to my habitation. In my life, so far, there have not been dire consequences. Perhaps my anticipation of wanting to enjoy my experience overpowers my feeling of security. I haven’t regretted any of these times.
