Is the beginning of a plant in the seed as it first hits the ground, in the first sprout, or in the harvest when we gather in seeds ready for sowing? Or are we always in a state of beginning so long as we are growing?
Where do you feel that you are in the cycle of planting and growing and harvesting?
For me it continues, still, as an anticipatory process. Although I wonder how many plantings I can accomplish at my advanced days, I still have some I want to plant. Whether they grow, are harvested, who knows? I don’t. However, I am concentrating right now on trying to realize what I have already planted, grown and harvested during my long life and I think that I can say that some of this, at least, can be called “my wisdom” that I can use to keep on influencing others.
