Walking the labyrinth is a form of contemplation—not a maze, which is a puzzle to be solved, but rather a winding path that you might wander toward your own heart’s center.
What form of movement helps you to find your center?

Having walked labyrinths, I know the feeling although I disagree with the comment that one wanders along (perhaps) without purpose. One has a destination: to the center…and after having taken that thoughtful journey, realizes that one must digress and follow the path back to “home plate”. Both journeys can be self-revealing and it’s important, I think, to understand that there are two ways to travel and that other experiences in life almost always contain two ways too.
