Falling Leaves

autumn-1649362_1920It turns out that leaves don’t just wither and fall of trees in the autumn—the trees actually have “scissor” cells that cut the leaves off when it’s time for them to go.

What have you chosen to cut off for the sake of your own long-term health and happiness?

  1. This is a difficult question for me to answer. I like to maintain long term relationships as a loyal friend. However, recently, I have learned that I must plan to spend less time, if any, with people who are pessimistic about life and evidence less sense of HOPE. I can’t live that way. There are times when it is difficult to keep my “Pollyanna” sense alert so I prefer to face life’s problems without them but with hope rather than with no hope and or cynicism.
