You might think that these dandelions were at the ends of their lives, about to give up and wither away. Of course, anyone with the slightest familiarity with dandelions knows that these are just getting started on their way to taking over the world.
Where do you see strength where others might see failure?
As a committee member in several groups, I see that there are the times when a proposal being discussed reaches an impasse. A wise leader allows for this and allows the discussion to bring out all of the sides and may table a decision for further discussion. This is one way to get a more complete decision that will hold well in the future.
