  1. I used to enjoy tap dancing (even as an adult) but now I believe I can say that a more placid form of movement suits me. I participate in a 45 minute Tai Chi class three times a week and add some short indoor walking. Right now, I am recuperating from a fall that left the patella covering of the right kneecap broken, but it appears that the Doctor was right and that it is self healing after a bout with a strong leg brace. Learning physical home exercise is going to continue my improvement….so what if I have to do them the rest of my life??
