“Games lubricate the body and mind.”

I play various video games: puzzle and strategy “casual” games as well as word games.
When I get together with my friend, we play Scrabble. I have Super Scrabble, which has more tiles and a bigger board and keeps us busy for a couple hours.
Maggie, sounds great; good for the mind as well as for the companionship!
Games from my past, present and future!? Once, I enjoyed playing work up baseball in the school yard after school hours. I also liked the sport of ice skating on Saturdays but never was an outstanding skater. Then I ran, jogged and walked myself along the way as an adult. Now, I am a part of a Tai Chi class, involving both mind and body. A brief break in attending happened due to a healing knee but I’m anxious to get back soon. (Oh! I forgot that I was a tap dancer at about age 8 and then again at age 48.)
