There are billions of people in this world whom we will never meet. Our choices and our actions affect a surprising number of them.
What covenant do you feel that you hold with a world full of strangers?

I have always thought of people who live in other countries since about 4th grade when I made a pictorial map of Ecuador! Since then I have lived for periods of time in other countries, especially 1962-64 with the Peace Corps in Peru. I do not try to convert them to my way of life or my beliefs but I do try to be friends with them as I do with friends here in the US and establish with them the feeling that we are ONE WORLD . Some related music influences me, such as those by the late John Denver .
