When confronted with a wealth of delicious options, the temptation is to try to have it all. But sometimes your experience is better if you slow down and start with just a taste so that you can proceed with more focused delight.
When have you been glad at just a little bit of something good?
I don’t need to get metaphorical on this one. There are many foods and beverages such that, if I had a normal serving, it would send my IBS through the roof (or maybe better to say “down the drain”). But a little bit of chocolate, one sip of wine, or one little meatball with my spaghetti helps me not to feel deprived.

I believe that when I am attending a small meeting of known members and I suggest or propose a small change in something that affects the larger community and it is of interest to members of the group, then I feel that we are (almost) all on the same page regarding its importance and that this “little” idea will make a positive change.
