Since I don’t believe in miracles (I just think things aren’t discovered/invented yet), but there ARE some things that amaze me. I’m watching the computer site from NASA and other cooperative world agencies that show the fly through the rings of Saturn by CASSINI. The whole story tells of its launch many years ago and it appears that we will see the fly-though of it’s 22 orbits through spaces between the rings around Saturn. How, oh how, has it been possible for humankind to determine how to accomplish space exploration of this kind…or of any kind? I was teaching kindergarten just before the first trip to the moon and had the children write experience stories and paper bag space helmets etc.. I wonder now, if they remember those times and realize what we have achieved.
