My priority must be SHELTER. I rent at an advantageous price from enabling landlord people and although they live out of state are amenable to covering necessary repairs. I think that stability in this aspect is my primary benefit and necessity at this point in my life although, previously, I roamed here and there. I work with a trying-to-solve homelessness group in my community and realize that there are others who live with instability and can be desperate. I hope that I can continue to maintain my independence here.
