There is always rhythm present if you care to notice – in the tapping of keys on the keyboard, in the slap of shoes on the sidewalk, in the rustle of leaves or the hum of insects or the whir of an oscillating fan.
If rhythm is always present in life, how will you find ways to dance along?
I find myself almost obsessively tapping the steering wheel of my car with my fingers while driving and listening to classical music. It is so filled with alternative rhythms and changes quickly from one to another. I like that about it because it holds my attention and makes me think of different topics or the different rhythms can speak for themselves.
