When have you experienced joy or gratitude that went beyond what you could name or identify?

  1. Biting into a fresh fruit, say a ripe white peach or a bite from a juicy mango, for me, has been a joy that I often can not express: rolling my eyes, emitting a” ummmm” and showing a smile are my ways of expressing the joyful experience.
