Leonard Cohen writes: “Like a bird on a wire…I have tried in my way to be free.” It’s not entirely clear what is particularly free about a bird on a wire. Maybe the fact that it has a choice in every moment whether to rest where it is or to fly on.
What would make your life more free?
Although the title is ‘bird’ on a wire” it is interesting to note that it is a flock of birds. Moreover, they have chosen to perch about an equal distance apart in their respite. We all need “space” whether among a flock or not, and presumably we have a choice of whether to fly on in the flock, which appears to be migrating..
I just flew from one professional endeavor to another that allows for me to have a berbetwork/life balance eitwa company that practices diversity, inclusion, and respect. fingers crossed ?

The freedom to stay or fly away from the wire we live. We are birds because we make of every wire a place to stay and from wich fly away…
