Thank you, today’s message was just what I wanted when, after about 2-3 hr. sleep, I lay in bed ruminating about recent court decisions and other political happenings. It reminds me of something I used to tell myself when I felt beset by anger: “Everything is sacred. I am sacred. I treat myself with respect.” The feeling of respecting myself banished the angry, vengeful thoughts.
