What small things to you do in a great way?
Fortunately, there are stretches of land that are preserved for wildlife, where roads and development and civilization are banned so that the plant and animal inhabitants have space to flourish. Perhaps it would be a good idea for each of us to have a wildlife preserve in our own lives, where instinct, intuition and a sense of our wild nature could flourish.
How do you make room for the “wild” in your life?
In the Jewish calendar Tu B’Shevat marks the new year for trees (as opposed to the new year for the universe/calendar, which happens in the fall at Rosh Hashana). Why have a new year for trees at a time when you couldn’t possibly hope for blossoms? Perhaps because the new year happens when things are very first in bud, not when they start to unfold.
